Development Group, Inc. has acquired relationships with
community leaders, political figures, and financial
institutions that have allowed Mosaic to offer
additional benefits to its clients. An example of a new
offering is Mosaic’s Custom Home Custom Payment Program.
Custom Home Custom Payment Program consists of fully
reconstructed bungalows into modern spacious homes with
master suites or full 2nd story floor plans.
Custom Home Custom Payment homes offer upgraded plumbing
fixtures, custom paint schemes, low voltage wiring (flat
screen hook up), and much more. These homes can be
provided while keeping the mortgage payment including
taxes and insurance within an affordable budget. To
achieve this, Mosaic’s clients have one-on-one
consultations with consultants to analyze their income,
credit history, and financial goals to determine what
they will be able to afford instead of hoping they can
afford whatever we give them.
Throughout the
years Mosaic Development Group, Inc. have come to
realize that educated individuals create more prosperous
communities. We have hosted and will continue to host
free home buying workshops within the communities we

addition, August 2009 marked the launch of Chicago
SouthSide Homebuyer real estate news journal, which
continues to inform individuals of what we can do to
create enduring stability in our communities while
drastic shifts in our economy and in real estate are
taking place. Moreover, the publication goals include
educating aspiring homebuyers and highlights positives
news within the Southside of Chicago.
